How to Return Items (UK)
If you live in the UK, we use Royal Mail to provide a free tracked returns label. Your return will be sent to Ossa Fashion Ltd who owns Gentsy.com. Please note if you choose not to use the free returns label and pay to return your parcel, we cannot refund your postage cost.
How Long Will It Take?
After we receive your returns parcel, it will take 1-3 business days to process your return. After processing, your money should return to the original payment method within 1-5 working days (depending on your bank).
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please return your unwanted and unused items within 30 days of receiving your items for a full refund to the original method of payment.
All items should be returned in their original packaging and with any hygiene seals intact.
Delivery Cost Refund
If you choose to return all items and not keep any items from your order we will also refund the delivery cost up to the value of £2.99. So if you choose UK Standard Delivery for £2.99, you will receive a full refund for delivery. If you choose UK Next Day Delivery for £4.99 you will receive a refund of £2.99 for delivery. Where free delivery was available, delivery costs will not be refunded.
Sanitary Items Are Non-Returnable
Some products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, like face masks for example. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
Please return any faulty item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund to the original method of payment.
If you don't reject the goods within the first 30 days, and find a fault within the first six months of possessing your faulty goods, we will provide replacement, repair or refund at our discretion.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
